All stays must be pre-paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept Visa, Master, and Discover cards – no American Express.
All cancellations are charged a fee of 10% of the reservation amount and must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
In the fourteen days immediately prior to arrival the full reservation cost is NON-REFUNDABLE and no changes are permitted to the reservation. No credits or refunds will be given for early departures or no shows. If you are travelling via Montauk, Orient Point or New London ferries and they are cancelled; you will still be responsible for your reservation if the ferries from Pt. Judith and the planes from Westerly are flying.
We do not re-rent rooms or offer credits for future use in the event you can not make your scheduled reservation. However, you are welcome to gift your scheduled stay to a friend or family member, just let us know their name.
If you need to make a change to your reservations, please let us know. There is no “fee” for changing, but if your change results in a credit to your credit card, there will be a 10% cancellation fee assessed on the credit amount. Any changes made MUST still meet minimum night requirements (Most weekends or holidays require at least a 3 night minimum stay as well as any stay in July or August on week days is a 2 night minimum).
Because of credit card regulations, all cancellations for reservations within two weeks of arrival must be received in writing. Please be sure to note your confirmation number and your name. If you have booked through an on-line reservation service (i.e. Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, etc.), you will need to cancel directly through that service. They will then notify us in writing of your cancellation.
For group reservations (eight rooms or more), advance notice of six weeks is required for multiple cancellations or changes to the reservations
