During most of the year, all reservations include a full buffet breakfast each morning and our afternoon wine and nibble hour.

During the quiet season (November through April), all reservations include our buffet breakfast.

A deposit is required on all reservations and is processed upon receipt. The deposit required on a one night stay is the full amount. For stays of two nights or longer a 50% deposit is required. Refunds will be made only if cancellations are made 15 days in advance of arrival date, and a $25.00 service charge per room will be deducted from the deposit. We also require fifteen days advance notice to shorten a stay. If the planes are not flying due to inclement weather, please allow sufficient time to take the ferry so you will not forfeit the charge for your room.

We welcome children of all ages at The 1661 Inn, 1661 Guest House, Nicholas Ball Cottage, Dewey Cottage, Dodge Cottage and Smuggler's Cove. Children of 12 years and older are welcome at the Hotel Manisses. Rates are based on double occupancy. There is no charge for children under five; there is a $10.00 charge per night for children ages six to eleven; and additional adults are $25.00 per night. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Guest rooms are usually ready for occupancy by 2:00 p.m. A place is available for your luggage should you arrive earlier in the day, or when you check out by 11:00 a.m. Hair dryers are provided in all rooms.

Directions from the Old Harbor Ferry Landing:

Come up out of the ferry landing and take a left on to Water Street. You will see the statue of Rebecca in the middle of an intersection. Please go straight through the intersection. The Hotel Manisses is the first building on the right and The 1661 Inn is another four or five buildings down on the left.
