Ocean Avenue
These two one-bedroom apartments are located on the corner of Connecticut Avenue & Ocean Avenue, a convenenient walk to town and beaches. The building features four units - two apartments and two rental rooms. Children over the age of ten are welcome in the apartments and children of all ages are welcome in the rental rooms. This is a non-smoking establishment. (open seasonally)

The Ocean Avenue Apartments are about one mile from the Hotel Manisses. You are welcome to join us at The 1661 Inn for our full buffet breakfast and afternoon wine and nibbles at no additional charge, although transportation is not provided.
