Dewey Cottage
Built in 1906, this farmhouse was renovated into a six room guest house providing all of the comforts of a new building and the charm of an old country home. Each of the non-smoking six rooms features a private bath. Children of all ages are welcome, although cots are not available. (open seasonally)
The Dewey Cottage is a short walk, about two blocks, to the Island's restaurants, sandy beaches and charming shops and about 1/2 mile to the Hotel Manisses. Located between New and Old Harbors, we are convenient to all that Block Island has to offer. Although you are welcome to join us at The 1661 Inn for our full buffet breakfast and afternoon wine and nibbles at no additional charge, transportation is not provided.
