These nine spacious and elegant rooms, named after Block Island's founding families, are filled with an eclectic blend of antiques and feature a combination of ocean views, decks, canopy beds, whirlpool tubs, and gas fireplaces.

Step into 19th Century yesteryear with a stay at this Romantic Victorian hotel featuring seventeen meticulously appointed rooms with authentic Victorian furniture. The guest rooms, named after local shipwrecks before 1872, feature floral wallpaper, the white wicker, wrought-iron and heavily carved furniture that recalls the best of a more gracious time.
Nicholas Ball Cottage (Click for room information)
Find the time to relax and enjoy an idyllic setting throughout the year in this luxuriously appointed replica of St. Anne's by the Sea Episcopal Church, which was destroyed in the 1938 hurricane. It has been named as a tribute to an active member of the church and community who built the first hotel on the Island.
Guest House (Click for room information)
The most contemporary of our buildings, these nine non-smoking rooms feature a combination of private and shared baths, ocean views, refrigerators, and televisions. On the more economical side, this building also features four small rooms that share one bathroom and a common ocean view deck. Children of all ages are welcome. (open year round)
Dewey Cottage (Click for room information)
Built in 1906, this farmhouse was renovated into a six room guest house providing all of the comforts of a new building and the charm of an old country home. Each of the non-smoking six rooms features a private bath. Children of all ages are welcome, although cots are not available. (open seasonally)
Dodge Cottage (Click for room information)
This New England summer cottage, built circa 1900, is located at the bottom of High Street near the Hotel Manisses and is a close walk to town and beaches. There are many historic touches ranging from period artwork to the artisan-crafted woodwork and moldings.
Smuggler's Cove (Click for room information)
These four contemporary one-bedroom apartments were completely renovated in 2001. They are located above the Smuggler's Cove take-out restaurant and are the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in New Harbor. Children of all ages are welcome at this non-smoking establishment. (open seasonally)
Anchor House (Click for room information)
This quaint building is located on Spring Street, just across the street from the Hotel Manisses. The Anchor House features six very comfortable rooms with private bath and cable television. The traditional rockers on the front porch are the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a beautiful Block Island sunset.
  Ocean Avenue Apartments (Click for room information)
These two one-bedroom apartments are located on the corner of Connecticut Avenue & Ocean Avenue, a convenenient walk to town and beaches. Children over the age of ten are welcome at this non-smoking establishment. (open seasonally)
